HIJAB FASHION SHOW 2010!

We are glad to let you know that HIJAB FASHION SHOW is coming back again for 2010 very soon.
It will be very similar to last year’s show, with a runway competition component and the Multicultural show. However we have made a few exciting additional touches!
We are looking forward to the spectacular creativity of our sisters, so register your team now!
This year’s event will take place as part of UCD ISoc’s Islamic Awareness Week and a big aim of the event is to raise awareness & understanding and also correct some of the misconceptions that Non-Muslims have regarding the Hijab. So invite all your non-muslim friends to come along.
The details for this year’s Hijab Fashion Show are as follows:
- Date: 25th of February

Venue: Astra Hall, Student Centre, UCD
- Time: 18:00pm
- Ticket: 2 euros. Half of the amount raised will be given as a humanitarian fund to Gaza
- Organisers: UCD Islamic Society, with the help of FOSIS and the two Malaysian Societies KUD and PPIMI.
